  • Review your postal or shipping address.
  • Choose the payment options (credit/debit cards, net banking, wallet, and app).
  • Click on Place Your Order.

Sorry! You can’t change or modify your order as you place it. It is better to place a new order after canceling the previous one.

After placing your order at RSL business, you are not allowed to change or modify your address. We recommend you to cancel the order that you have placed and place a new order for your desired product. Be careful in stating your postal or shipping address.

  • Submit your cancellation request.

  • Go to the Return section.
  • Mention your reason for the replacement of your order.
  • Our associated courier partner will come to you to pick up your consignment from you.
  • You will get the refund within seven working days.

You can expect a refund for your returned product within seven working days.

Yes, your payment made using cards, net banking, and wallets is entirely safe. We save nothing during the transaction. So, there is no threat to sensitive information while making payments.

No, Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping is free of cost. We don’t take any charge.

Yes, we keep you informed at every stage from the placement of your product order to delivery.

Our associated delivery partner will make three attempts to deliver your ordered items at your doorstep. You should get in touch with our delivery partner to mention your preferred time to receive the consignment.
